Founded in 2014,Chinese Arts Quarterly(CAQ), is nowsponsored byCentral China Normal University (China), and is the only English-language academic journal on Arts nationwide in China.(ISSN 2334-3214).
CAQ welcomes manuscript submissions on one of the following research orientations:Chinese art history and theoretical research, art and archaeology, art and culture, aesthetics and art criticism, Chu art.
CAQ accepts manuscript submissions with a .doc or .docx format, in conformity with standard paragraph formats and punctuation usage. We encourage terseness of language, but we require each manuscript to be at least 6000 words long. All submissions, must include the following parts in this specified order: name of the author, paper title, subtitle if there is any, abstract, key words, company or organization name of the author, author’s email address, body part of the paper, name of the organization funding or initiating a research project, and works cited. The annotation, given only when necessary, should be in the form of footnotes. The cited works in the article should all appear in the list of Works Cited, and vise versa. Parenthetical Citations in the MLA format should be used.
Allmanuscript submissionsgo through rigorous peer review procedures anonymously. CAQ editors reserve the rights to revise the manuscripts. If accepted, manuscripts in Chinese will be translated into English and revised by professional translation companies. The fees thus incurred will be paid by the contributors. Other than that, no publication fee is charged.
In spite of our efforts toreview allsubmittedmanuscripts as fast as possible, the average review process takes 2 mouths. 2 months after the submission, contributors getting no notification of the review results, can dispose of their manuscripts at will. We do not return thesubmittedmanuscripts, nor do we accept any manuscripts addressed to individuals. All manuscript submissions should besent to the editorial office of CAQ as an attachment to an email:ccnuchinesearts@126.com.
Multiple submissions are not allowed.Authors should take collective responsibility for submitted and published work. If accepted, the article will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of CAQ.

Chinese Arts Quarterly创刊于2014年，是由华中师范大学主办的唯一全英文中国艺术学术期刊（ISSN 2334-3214）。

来稿以word格式排版，段落格式及标点使用须规范。来稿请力求精炼，一般不少于6000字。在Chinese Arts Quarterly（CAQ）里，完整的一篇论文的内容（顺序）包括：作者的姓名；标题；副标题（可以没有）；摘要；关键词；作者的单位名称和E-mail地址；正文；项目课题标注；参考文献。注释请使用脚注，对正文的补充说明尽量融入正文之中，引用文献对应参考文献，在文中标明页码即可。
本刊实行专家匿名评审制度，编辑部对来稿初审后，以匿名方式转送专家审读，以决定取舍。若有需要，本刊编辑部有权酌情修改来稿。稿件决定录用之后，将由专业英文翻译公司对中文稿件进行翻译并润色，相关费用作者自理。本刊不收取任何形式的版面费。
本刊力求高效处理稿件，一般稿件两个月内给出处理结果。如两个月后未收到刊用通知，作者可自行处理。来稿恕不退还，请自留底稿。本刊不受理寄至个人的稿件。投稿方式：请将论文电子版发送至ccnuchinesearts@126.com。
